Venue Magazine
Editorial & Social Media Intern

During my time as a social media and editorial intern at Venue Magazine, I researched and wrote multiple daily articles ranging from pop culture to politics and published them online in a bilingual magazine format. In addition, I interviewed and profiled up-and-coming musicians in the Miami area and published them on Venue’s website. I also managed the day-to-day operation of the magazine’s social media platforms in both English and Spanish, and created sponsored tweets and Instagram posts for ad clients. 

Surface Magazine
Editorial Intern

As one of Surface Magazine's Editorial Interns, I interviewed up-and-coming designers and prepared columns for monthly publication in both Surface’s print magazine and website. I spearheaded a rebrand of the company’s social media platforms by curating and refining content pitches and writing copy.  I was also key in assisting the editorial department by revising and fact-checked articles to be featured in upcoming issues, and transcribing interviews conducted by other members of the editorial team.
